At Rivie Semijoias, we want your shopping experience to be perfect from start to finish. To ensure transparency throughout the logistics process, we present our detailed delivery policy below.

1. Delivery Timeframe

The delivery time for your order varies according to the informed address, the selected shipping method, and the chosen payment method. It is important to remember that the delivery timeframe only begins after payment approval.

  • Credit Card or PIX: Approval usually occurs within a few minutes. In these cases, your order will be shipped on the next business day after confirmation.

  • Bank Slip (Boleto Bancário): Processing can take up to 48 business hours. Shipping will be done on the next business day after bank confirmation.

Upon completing your purchase, you can choose between PAC or Sedex shipping options. The system will provide an estimated number of days for delivery. We emphasize that, as we use Correios (Brazilian postal service) for shipping, delays may occasionally occur that are beyond our direct control, but we will provide all necessary support.

2. Order Tracking

You can track every step of your purchase on our website:

  1. Access the My Account menu (located in the top right corner).

  2. Click on Track Your Order.

As soon as the package is handed over to Correios, we will provide the tracking code so you can check the delivery status both on our store and on the Correios website. Our system also sends automatic notifications via email and WhatsApp about any status changes. Please make sure to register a valid email address at the time of purchase.

3. Delivery Attempts

Correios agents make up to 2 (two) delivery attempts at the informed address. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to Rivie Semijoias.

It is essential that someone is available to receive the merchandise and sign the proof of delivery (this can be relatives or doormen).

  • Important Note: If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts, the cost of a new shipping fee for re-delivery will be the customer's responsibility.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Rivie Semijoias is not responsible for incorrect information entered in the address field. If there is an error in the registration (such as a missing number or incorrect zip code) and the order is returned to us, the shipping cost will be charged again for the re-delivery to be completed.

If the delivery time has exceeded the estimate and you have not yet received your semi-jewels, please contact us immediately so that we can check with the carriers:
