Exchange and Return Policy - Rivie Semijoias
At Rivie Semijoias, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from our store. Therefore, we have created an Exchange and Return Policy based on the Consumer Defense Code (CDC) and respect for your needs.
How to request an Exchange or Return?
Requests must be made via our WhatsApp or by email sac@riviesemijoias.com.br, within 7 (seven) calendar days, from the delivery date of the product to your address.

Rivie Semijoias is responsible for refunding the value of the products to the customer in case of a refund request (return due to repentance).

Products sent back to our address without prior communication via email (containing the order number and reasons) will be held at our administrative office awaiting customer response.

We emphasize that, even after the request is accepted via customer service, all orders will be reviewed by our Quality Department as soon as they arrive at our store.
Rules for Model/Size Exchange (Coupon)
The Consumer Defense Code (Art. 49) provides for the right of repentance for online purchases (return and refund). Exchange for another model or size is a benefit offered by Rivie Semijoias. Therefore, the consumer must be aware of the following rules:

In case of exchange, a coupon with the value of the returned item(s) will be generated and sent for use on our website.

The coupon cannot be used more than once. We recommend using the full value, as if a new purchase is made with a value less than the coupon, we will not be responsible for the unused difference.

Attention (Promotional Periods): In cases of exchanges for pieces acquired during promotional periods where the promotion is no longer active, the coupon value will be exactly the amount paid by the customer at the time of purchase, and not the original/current value of the piece.

Freebies: Freebies are not eligible for exchange or warranty and must be returned if the order is returned.
Shipping Rules

Standard Exchange: The return shipping of the item to Rivie Semijoias is at our expense. The cost of re-shipping (of the new item to the customer) is at the customer's expense. We guarantee only one free return shipping per order. In case of further exchanges of the same order, the customer will bear all shipping costs.

Promotional Products: For exchanges of products purchased on promotion/clearance, both inbound and outbound shipping costs are entirely at the customer's expense.
Conditions for Acceptance of Exchange/Return
Only returns of products that meet the following criteria will be accepted:

Have not been used, do not have odors, and have not been altered by the customer.

Are intact and have the Rivie Semijoias tag properly affixed to the piece.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by all accessories (packaging, tags, and freebies, if any).
After receiving the product at our office, it will undergo an analysis by our Quality Control, a process that can take up to 4 (four) business days. If the product does not comply with the conditions described above, it will be re-sent to the customer without prior notice.
Exchanges for Manufacturing Defects
If your semi-jewelry shows any manufacturing defect, you can request an exchange within 7 (seven) calendar days after delivery.
Once the manufacturing defect is confirmed, Rivie Semijoias will bear all shipping costs (reverse and re-shipping) and will replace the item with another identical piece. In case of out of stock for the same product, the customer can choose another piece or opt for a refund of the value. If the new piece chosen has a higher value, the customer must pay the difference.
Refunds (Chargeback)
The refund of paid amounts will be processed using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase. Attention: The refund will only be processed after receipt of the product at our office and approval in the quality analysis (without signs of use).

Credit Card: The chargeback may occur in up to 2 (two) subsequent invoices from the date of authorization of the refund. This period depends on your invoice closing date and the credit card administrator's policy.

PIX or Bank Deposit: The credit will be made to the bank account linked to the cardholder within 10 (ten) business days.
Final Provisions: Rivie Semijoias reserves the right not to accept the exchange/return of products that do not comply with the requirements of this policy. Discounts and freebies offered on the website are not cumulative.
