Warranty Policy - Rivie Semijoias
Rivie Semijoias values the quality and durability of its pieces. Our warranty policy has been developed to offer complete transparency and security for your purchases.
1. Term and Coverage
All our semi-jewels have a 2 (two) year warranty, counting from the date of receipt of the product at your address. The warranty will be activated and validated exclusively if the defect presented is a manufacturing defect.
2. What the Warranty DOES NOT Cover (Misuse)
The warranty does not authorize exchange if the defect is due to misuse or natural wear and tear. The following are considered pieces outside the warranty:

Pieces deformed, dented, scratched, or abraded due to improper use;

Pieces that have turned green or reddish due to contact with: seawater, pool water, cleaning and hygiene products (soaps, creams, detergents, alcohol, etc.), humidity, perfumes, or abrasive products;

Wear resulting from excessive or constant use;

Stones that are opaque, milky, or broken due to breakage or impact;

Detachment or darkening of resin details;

Broken chains;

Attention: Jewelry acquired in promotional actions will NOT be exchanged under any circumstances.
3. Shipping Rules for Analysis
If your piece has a defect and needs to be sent to us, shipping costs will work as follows:

Defects reported within 30 days of purchase: The cost of sending the piece to Rivie Semijoias is on us.

Defects reported after 30 days of purchase: The cost of sending the piece to our store is the customer's responsibility.
4. Analysis and Resolution Process
As provided by the Consumer Defense Code (CDC), Rivie Semijoias has a period of up to 30 (thirty) days after receiving the piece to analyze the product and provide a final assessment to the customer.
Once the manufacturing defect is proven in the analysis, we will proceed as follows:

Repair: The product will be repaired and returned in perfect condition.

Replacement: If it cannot be repaired, the piece will be replaced with an identical one.

Shopping Voucher: If the piece cannot be repaired and is out of stock, the customer will receive a shopping voucher for the exact value paid for the jewelry to use on our website.
